I love to cook, but I am not a chef. Not by any means. I don’t know what it means to fold something over onto something else. Nor do I have the patience to let things sit for three days to marinate. Heck, just letting some of the recipes sit overnight is awful enough. I don’t have the time to make sauces from scratch. Nope. I am an average human being who has never gone to culinary school and who has other responsibilities and duties in life. However, that doesn’t mean that I want to throw caution to the wind and just eat out all the time.

Far from it.

Instead, I’ve made stupid-simple recipes for other people like me out there that focuses on making all the foods we love, bringing them into our diet, and making them healthier and less calories. Firstly, I prioritize protein in my meals because it is the most satiating macronutrient. It has the highest TEF (Thermic Effect of Food), meaning that you burn more calories just by eating protein. Furthermore, it has also been shown to increase muscle mass,  strength, and bone density. Protein helps lower blood pressure. Finally, it can boost your metabolism, and the list of reasons go on. I live a lifestyle. I don’t live a diet. The recipes on this page are taken from my YouTube Channel, so for more content, go there. If you enroll as one of my students in my health coaching programs, you’ll get access to my super secret cookbook. And, let me tell you folks, it’s a gamechanger on everything you thought nutrition could be. If you end up making one of these recipes, let me know and tag me on Instagram

Finally, for those of you who don’t have time to make the recipes, we offer our Guilt-Free Foods service for those living in China. These meals are delicious, nutritious and can definitely fit into you diet. Take a look at some of the pictures below.
