Recipes
I love to cook, but I am not a chef. Not by any means. I don’t know what it means to fold something over onto something else. Nor do I have the patience to let things sit for three days to marinate. Heck, just letting some of the recipes sit overnight is awful enough. I don’t have the time to make sauces from scratch. Nope. I am an average human being who has never gone to culinary school and who has other responsibilities and duties in life. However, that doesn’t mean that I want to throw caution to the wind and just eat out all the time.

Instead, I’ve made stupid-simple recipes for other people like me out there that focuses on making all the foods we love, bringing them into our diet, and making them healthier and less calories. Furthermore, it has also been shown to increase muscle mass, strength, and bone density. Protein helps lower blood pressure. Finally, it can boost your metabolism, and the list of reasons go on.
